Jennifer Bibby is a Senior Claims Examiner based in Atlanta, Georgia, with extensive experience in claims evaluation, investigation, and resolution. She specializes in shared layered commercial property damage, as well as flood damage claims for both homeowners and commercial properties. Known for her analytical approach, attention to detail, and sound judgment, Jennifer ensures fair, accurate, and timely claim outcomes while maintaining strong compliance standards. She collaborates closely with leadership and cross‑functional teams to support complex property claims and deliver high‑quality results.
Chanda Bolden, Assistant Vice President of Program Claims - Berkshire Hathaway Specialty Insurance
Chanda Bolden is an Assistant Vice President with Berkshire Hathaway Specialty Insurance, where she has been a valued member of the organization since 2017. In her role, she is responsible for the management and oversight of the Commercial Auto program, bringing deep industry knowledge and strategic leadership to the portfolio. Prior to joining Berkshire Hathaway Specialty Insurance, Mrs. Bolden held roles with Sedgwick CMS and Hanover Insurance Company, where she built a strong foundation in insurance operations and client service. In addition to her professional responsibilities, she has had the privilege of serving on Berkshire Hathaway Specialty Insurance’s Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committee and currently sits on the board of the CLM – Atlanta Chapter. Mrs. Bolden is deeply committed to community engagement and mentorship throughout Greater Atlanta. She currently volunteers with Braven, a national nonprofit dedicated to helping promising college students achieve economic mobility and serves as a Leadership Coach with Spelman College. Her past volunteer efforts include work with the Ronald McDonald House, Open Hand Atlanta, and the American Cancer Society. Outside of work, Mrs. Bolden enjoys traveling, reading with her book club, exploring new restaurants, and spending quality time with her husband, daughter, and their three French bulldogs.

Brooke Dallos, Claims Quality Assurance and Compliance Senior Analyst - Westfield Specialty Insurance
Brooke Dallos is a Claims Quality Assurance and Compliance Senior Analyst supporting Westfield Specialty Claims. Brooke brings more than 26 years of experience in insurance claims, quality assurance, and compliance. Prior to joining Westfield Specialty, Brooke served as a Principal Claims Quality Auditor at IAT Insurance Group. She previously spent 20 years with Chubb, where she managed a broad portfolio of property claims, including desk, field, catastrophe, and large-loss exposures. During her tenure, she also held the role of Claim Director within the Real Estate and Hospitality Property Unit on the National Desk and contributed as a Claims Quality Assurance and Compliance Auditor. Brooke holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Connecticut and an MBA from Radford University. She is a 2025 graduate of the Ladder Down program and a member of the Ladder Down Strategic Action Committee. She is actively engaged in professional development as both a mentor and mentee and is committed to continuous learning and knowledge sharing.

Valerie Powell, Manager of Property Damage - First Acceptance Insurance
Valerie Powell is a Property Damage Claims Manager at First Acceptance Insurance Company, where she oversees complex claims nationwide and leads a team of adjusters specializing in high-exposure property damage cases across Arizona and California. Prior to this role, Valerie served as Claims Manager for the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office—one of the largest agencies in the nation—where she managed a diverse portfolio of liability claims, including marine, aviation, fleet, CPI fleet, bomb squad, property damage, and bodily injury. Her extensive experience spans multiple disciplines, including Casualty Fatality, Special Investigations (SIU), Fire and Theft, Property Claims, and Training. She is also a licensed appraiser, I-CAR Level 1 certified, and was selected to pilot programs for CCC Estimating Systems. Valerie is deeply committed to community engagement and advancing insurance education. She developed a program to support young adults transitioning out of foster care, equipping them with essential knowledge of insurance, coverage, and financial protection. She also volunteers with organizations throughout the Tampa area, partnering with educational programs to provide insurance training and career pathways for individuals seeking new opportunities and workforce development. Valerie often says she’s been in the property damage industry since she was three years old, following in her father’s footsteps. From spending childhood “workdays” with her dad in body shops, tow yards, and courtrooms, she developed an early and lasting passion for the field. In an ever-evolving industry, Valerie remains focused on continuous learning, collaboration, and driving excellence in claims management.
Sabrina Re, Attorney - Melick & Porter, LLP
Sabrina F. Re is an Attorney in Melick & Porter’s Southbury office, where she focuses her practice general liability and employment law litigation. She handles a variety of litigation matters, including premises liability, personal injury, motor vehicle accidents, and other negligence claims. Sabrina also assists employers in defending claims involving alleged discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and other workplace disputes. Her experience includes motion practice, depositions, written discovery, and developing litigation strategy throughout the life of a case. She also assists clients in resolving disputes through alternative dispute resolution, including mediation and arbitration. Prior to joining Melick & Porter, Sabrina gained civil litigation experience at a prominent law firm in Bridgeport, Connecticut. She also clerked at the Milford Superior Court, where she assisted judges with matters across the criminal, family, and civil dockets. During law school, she served as Editor of the Golden Gate University Tax Journal and as President of both the Society of Litigators and the Veteran Law Association. Sabrina also provides pro bono legal services in partnership with the Connecticut Veterans Legal Advocacy Center (CVLC), assisting veterans with access to legal services and support. Sabrina received both her Juris Doctor and her Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Taxation from Golden Gate University School of Law. She received her undergraduate degree from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth.

Holly Rogers has earned a reputation as a zealous and effective advocate. She practices from our Connecticut Office, which she also manages. Holly has extensive experience in complex litigation matters. She devotes the majority of her practice to representation of clients in employment and professional liability matters. Holly represents clients in both federal and state courts in Connecticut and New York, as well as before federal and state agencies. Holly has arbitrated and mediated numerous claims before the American Arbitration Association and other dispute resolution entities. She has authored articles on a variety of legal topics and has spoken on topics of interest before client groups and legal peers. Prior to joining Melick & Porter, Holly developed a successful litigation practice while working at law firms in Connecticut and New York, including significant experience in commercial litigation. She also served as General Counsel to several corporate entities. Holly earned a Bachelor’s degree and a Doctor of Law degree from the University of Connecticut.
