Registration Questions
Where do I pick up my registration materials?
You will need to pick up your name badge. Your name badge serves as entry to all events, including social activities. The registration desk will be located on the Outdoor Patio of the hotel on Wednesday, November 17 at 4:00 pm for early arrivals and again on Thursday, November 18 at 11:00am outside of Ballroom 2.
What do I do if I need to cancel?
Please notify Themis Headquarters (info@themisadvocatesgroup.org) if you need to cancel. Registrants who are unable to attend may send a substitute from their company. Please note you will need to cancel your own hotel reservations by calling The Camby Hotel, an Autograph Collection 602-468-0700.
Can I transfer my registration if I can no longer attend?
Yes! You may transfer your registration to someone else at your company by emailing Themis Headquarters (info@themisadvocatesgroup.org).
Hotel and Travel Questions
Is there a deadline to book my hotel room? Where do I make the reservation?
Each attendee is responsible for booking their own room. The deadline to book your hotel room at the discounted group rate is October 27, 2021 and is subject to availability. The Themis group rate for rooms at The Camby Hotel, an Autograph Collection is $279 per night plus tax. Book online now.
Reservations may also be made by calling 602-468-0700. When making room reservations, please request the group rate for Themis Advocates Group.
Does the hotel provide transportation to/from the airport?
The hotel does not provide transportation. You can reserve an Uber, Lyft, Taxi or rent a car for your stay. Additional information provided here.
What are the driving directions to the hotel? Is there parking available?

General Questions
How do I get an attendee list?
Approximately one week prior to the event, you can expect to receive an email entitled "Tips for Your Trip." This email will contact the attendee list including name, organization, city in PDF format.
What is the Themis to Go Event dress code?
Themis Advocates Group Sessions/Social Events: Business casual/resort wear is suitable.
- Women: dress shorts/capris, slacks, blouses, knit tops
- Men: khaki pants, dress shorts, collared shirts, slacks
We also recommend bringing a sweater or light jacket to the educational sessions, as the conference rooms can get chilly.
