As eight figure verdicts become more common, the societal economic impact becomes more widespread. What are individual and corporate defendants doing wrong? Why don’t younger jurors trust them? How do we course correct? This presentation will focus on the core values that lead the new generation of jurors to throw out the old playbook in evaluating and calculating damages. And, more importantly, it will facilitate a conversation on how to communicate effectively with it those jurors to establish trust for counsel and their clients.
